As Iguana Vista Estates grows, additional features and improvements will be introduced gradually. These enhancements are part of the long-term vision for the subdivision and will roll out over time, in phases, as development progresses:

  • Electricity and additional utilities are included in the long-term development plans. These services will be introduced progressively as the subdivision expands and new phases open.

  • Future phases may include 1–10 acre parcels, released gradually based on infrastructure development, demand, and project progress.

  • Public easements providing access to the Belize River are already incorporated into the overall community plan. These features are expected to be introduced in later phases, as they require coordinated planning, approvals, and phased infrastructure development.

  • Gradually, road networks, connectivity, and supportive infrastructure will continue to develop in stages as each phase moves forward.

  • Additional phases will be released over time, offering a wider variety of lot sizes and investment options as the master plan unfolds.
